Supportive Living

Supportive Living provides housing, hospitality and 24-hour professional nursing care for residents who are no longer able to remain safely at home. In collaboration with physicians, allied health, and health care consultants, our professional care team partners with residents and their families to deliver personalized, resident-centered care that is meaningful and supports each client's healthcare goals.

Private suites, which include a small kitchenette and private ensuite, open onto beautiful common spaces designed to feel home-like and comfortable while also supporting independence, choice and dignity.

Our holistic care model ensures we support a resident’s physical, social and emotional wellbeing, and deliver meaningful personalized care every step of the way. Opportunities for wellness, therapeutic physical and mental activities and exercise, community and family connections will engage and bring wellness and joy to everyone.
