COVID-19 Update – April 1st
In acknowledgement of the increased level of protection provided by the COVID-19 vaccination, and the impact of ongoing visitor restrictions on staff, residents, and families, the BC Health Ministry has directed the partial easing of visitor and other restrictions in Long Term Care and seniors’ Assisted Living at this time.
Holiday Update
The holiday season is upon us as we are preparing our Villages in every way we can to make them festive and bright.
COVID-19 Update – December 11th
A staff member has tested positive for COVID-19 at Evanston Grand Village in Calgary, AB. Both staff and residents at the Village will be monitored closely while we await direction from Alberta Health Services on whether a formal outbreak will be called.
COVID-19 Update – December 5th
We are writing to notify you that there is an outbreak of COVID-19 at Whispering Winds Village in Pincher Creek. An outbreak of COVID-19 is declared when one or more residents or staff are diagnosed with COVID-19 by lab testing. To date, there are two residents diagnosed with COVID-19 at Whispering Winds Village.
Update – October 8th
With Thanksgiving approaching, we have many families inquiring about family dinners over this coming weekend.
